MEET PROCEDURES
Home Meets -
All team members will compete at home meets
Athletes will meet at the Junior high school immediately after school.
Coaches will be there to help the younger athletes walk to the JH together.
Athletes will change in to their administered uniform. If an athlete was not issued a track uniform they will use their pe uniform.
All team members are requested to stay for the entire meet and support the team, we realize this will not always be possible, but athletes should try.
There is no sign out necessary from home meets.
Approximate schedule for home meets

Away Meets -
Due to a limit on entries at away meets not all Athletes travel and compete.
Students are informed whether or not they are traveling in advance of the meet.
Those students that are competing will meet at the Junior high school immediately after school.
Coaches will be there to help the younger athletes walk to the JH together.
Athletes will change into their administered uniform at the junior high .
A bus will take the athletes to the meet location.
Students will race and then will follow 1 of 2 procedures.
1. If parents are there, they may sign out their child (there will be a clipboard with a sign out sheet at our camp) and then go home with their child, or...
2. Students may ride the bus back to school and be picked up from there.
**A student may only ride home from a meet with someone other than their parent
if there is a note from their parent saying it is permitted and the adult taking the child
signs them out.**
